Our security monitoring control centre regularly monitors the status of your security alarm system, including opens and closes. Our clients are always aware if their systems are currently armed or disarmed. In the event of you (or your employee) forgetting to arm your security system, we will notify our client so they can arrange to have someone arm their system. Alternately, our security control centre can remote arm our client’s security system, if required.

Metro Security also offers a full interactive service with all security systems it supplies, installs and maintains. We have the technology to remotely connect to your security system and perform programming changes offsite. This saves you money on call out fees for minor programming changes to your security system – such as code changes, siren times, entry/exit delays. This also allows us access to remote arming in the event that the client fails to arm their system.
